Shipping Information All products are shipped overnight by Federal Express Priority Services to arrive by 12 noon the next day. All orders will be shipped the day after they are received unless a specific date is requested. (Example, Example, order received Monday, will be freshly processed and shipped Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday.) There will be no Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship outside the 48 US contiguous states. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE FOR THE 48 US CONTIGUOUS STATES. For shipping OUTSIDE THE 48 US CONTIGUOUS STATES, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us by e-mail or phone 1-800-362-2333 for arrangements to the best available service and pricing. [NOTE: Shipping to other countries, especially other continents, is generally quite expensive]. Seafood products are very perishable. Since we allow FedEx to deliver without someone present, we recommend that someone be available to receive shipments upon delivery, or shortly thereafter. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period, we cannot guarantee that the seafood will remain in good condition.
